Pre-Hire / Integrity / Investigative Interviews:

Due to the rising costs of hiring employees, it is often effective to have a specialized interview conducted to help detect misrepresentation. Prior to paying for certain parts of a background such as a credit report, criminal history or driving history an integrity interview can often provide valuable information that will eliminate the need for further review. Based on your Company mission and guidelines from Human Resources a list of base requirements is needed for comparison.

During the information gathering process, potential employees may eliminate themselves from the hiring process due to self-disclosures. This proactive approach decreases the need for additional background information and cost expenditure. Only those applicants which meet the base criteria will advance in the hiring process.

Outsourcing this type of interview will eliminate degrees of bias and create an alternative view of each applicant. These interviews can be conducted in our polygraph office. This approach reminds the applicant they are being questioned, by professionals, in an environment known for honesty, integrity and truth telling.

For example: An applicant who uses drugs will likely be able to pass a drug screen with a few days notice or the help of an over the counter aid. Do you really want to know if the person is clean on the day of testing or if the person is a regular user who might pose some liability if they work for you while under the influence?

The goal is to provide a better evaluation of the applicant to help support both competency and permanency. The fee for this service is $100.00 per applicant.
